Corky my lovable and energetic Lhasa Apso is an agility expert. In no time, Corky became the champion in the agility ring. Running through the tunnels was one of his favourite activities. Many years later Corky was getting older and slowing down a bit. He had problems with balance and began displaying symptoms of stiffness. I told myself that maybe it was time to retire him. Retirement got the best of him; he hated it. Corky began showing signs of anxiety and depression. I check the internet again for answers so I can help Corky. After a thorough evaluation by some o the staff at Midwest Microcurrent, Corky was diagnosed with arthritis, anxiety and depression. I got all excited when I was advised that I could do the Alpha-Stim sessions at home. We could purchase an Alpha-Stim machine and treat him without having to bring him back to the Midwest Microcurrent center every day. I’m so happy that Midwest Microcurrent has helped me in bringing back the old Corky. Dog anxiety and canine depression can be debilitating to a canine. Dog cranial electrotherapy stimulation or CES was one of the Microcurrent therapies we used on Corky. This relieved the anxiety, depression and pain in one session by using a proprietary waveform which is clipped to the ear.
